  • The next Photo Art Group Meeting is November 23rd, 2009 at 7pm (doors open at 6:45pm).  A message and an agenda have been posted on the Photo Group Page.

  • Storage of Artwork: Our board has begun to clean out our storage rooms and has done a GREAT job! With that in mind, please take note of when your artwork  needs to be picked up. Storage space is extremely limited. If for some reason you are unable to pick up your artwork on time, the WAA asks for a $5 per piece storage fee. All storage fees are deposited in our scholarship fund and are tax deductible. A receipt can be provided upon request. All art left unclaimed at the gallery a month after the previously mentioned dates will become property of the gallery and donated to a charity.

  • Any members who don’t normally have internet access but would like a way to be notified on fast breaking news should contact the gallery and request to be put on the Telephone Tree.

The WAA Is All About Talent...

And we need yours! From the Board, to the Newsletter,
to Show Registration & Display, we are an organization
run largely by dozens of VOLUNTEERS
who share their artistic and life skills to keep the WAA running.

Please consider sharing your time and abilities.
We are looking for help in many areas, including:
the Art Festival, Event Leadership, Marketing, Fundraising, Grant-Writing, Organization History, Hospitality, Outside Exhibits, Building and Grounds Maintenance, Show Registrations and Hangings, and Programs.  Many activities can be shared with other members.
Call 294-6840 or email the gallery,
or contact any Board Member to explore the possibilities.

Please Volunteer!
